20 Years of YUDU

1. Registering to take part in the '20 Years of YUDU' competition constitutes full acceptance of the Terms and Conditions herewith.
2. Entrants are only eligible if they are a YUDU Publisher who has placed an order between the dates of 01/01/2023 01:00:00 and 30/11/2023 23:59:00
3. The prize - the new Apple 10th Generation iPad - cannot be transferred to another person.
4. There is no alternative to this prize.
5. The competition will run from 23/10/2023 12:00:00 to 31/12/2023 23:59:00
6. The Winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries, the draw will be conducted on 04/01/2024.
7. We will use the phone number and telephone number provided to try and reach The Winner. Should The Winner fail to respond by 12/01/2024 12:00:00, YUDU will select a new Winner.
8. The Winner is responsible for ensuring their email and phone number are valid, and that all emails from YUDU do not enter their junk folder.
9. The Winner must be no younger than 16 years old on 31/12/2023 23:59:00.
10. The Winner is responsible for ensuring they are successful in contacting us to accept the prize by email and or telephone calls. YUDU will not be responsible for successfully establishing communication with The Winner, or receiving communication from The Winner. YUDU will make all reasonable endeavours to make and receive contact.
11. Entry to the competition is limited to one person from the company making the purchase with YUDU Publisher.
    
    • If multiple entrants are received on a single purchase, only the first registered will be eligible.
    • If multiple purchases are made from different divisions in a company, YUDU will accept one entrant per purchase.
12. Entries made via automation, in bulk, or by a third party will be disqualified.
13. No employee or family member of YUDU or any associated companies may enter

15. YUDU reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notification
16. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions also applies to any subsequent revision, irrespective of whether you are notified or not. 17. Force Majeure – YUDU accepts no liability for circumstances beyond its direct control which result in the cancellation or postponement of the competition. Similarly, YUDU reserve the right to declare the competition void at any stage without notice or explanation – all claims by any entrant will be forfeited

FALSIFICATION OF INFORMATION ON THIS OR ANY ELEMENT OF THE COMPETITION OR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION. THIS APPLIES TO POST-COMPETITION, ANY PRIZES BEING RECLAIMABLE SHOULD THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BE BREACHED.
