Sentinel Hotline Offer – Terms & Conditions

  • The offer is available for UK Customers only and is limited to the first 500 Hotline systems. YUDU reserves the right to end the offer at any time.
  • There is no on-going contractual obligation associated with the offer and the governing Privacy Policy can be accessed here
  • The Sentinel Hotline system (the Service) can be used with 1 Hotline for free for 90 days from the Customer’s offer acceptance (the Period).
  • There is an allowance of 6,000 free inbound call minutes per month on the Hotline in the Period.
  • Excess call minutes over the allocated 6,000 per month will be invoiced to the Customer at the end of the Period at a rate of £0.012 per call minute (Overage Charges).
  • At the end of the Period the Customer has the option to terminate the Service with no further liability other than the settlement of any outstanding Overage Charges. If this option is chosen the Hotline will be discontinued. The Customer can, if needed, download any data on the calls made on the Hotline.
  • At the end of the Period the Customer has the option to continue for a further 3 months period (the Extended Period) for a discounted fee of £400. This fee is a 70% discount from standard rates for a 3 month period. The fee will be invoiced in advance at the beginning of the Extended Period on 30 day settlement terms.
  • The cap on inbound call minutes on the Hotline during the Extended Period is 6,000 minutes per month.
  • Excess call minutes over the allocated 6,000 per month will be invoiced to Customer at month end in which they are incurred , on 30 day settlement terms, at a rate of £0.012 per call minute (Overage Charges).
  • Free voicemail is included on the Hotline during both periods.
  • At the end of the Extended Period the Customer again has the option to terminate the Service with no further liability other than the settlement of any outstanding Overage Charges. Again, if this option is chosen the Hotline will be discontinued and the Customer can, if needed, download any data on the calls made on the Hotline.
  • At any time or at the end of the Extended Period the Customer also has the option to upgrade to their own dedicated Sentinel Hotline system with the full features and the ability to have multiple Hotlines in countries around the world. The Hotline number used in the Extended Period will be transferred to the full Sentinel Hotline system for continued use.
