The Consumer Revolution is driving transparency in all that we do today, but especially in the business world. As marketers, we need to be aware of this trend and fundamentally change how we connect and converse with our consumers. We need to build trust and talk with our customers, not at them. In the end, it is about turning our customers into evangelists and arming them with the tools to tell others about us.
